The Alliance Teams sales motto is, “What can we do to sell your home?” Erin, Kyle, and their team provide direct, hands-on, full-service assistance to every client, and do everything in their power to offer the smoothest experience possible. “I will never walk into a home and tell you what to do to make it sell,” Erin says. “I will only tell you what I can do to help make it sell and net you the most money possible.” We are expert negotiators, and have the track record to prove it. Just ask.
Because each client’s needs and satisfaction are their top priority, The Alliance Team makes the entire real estate experience educational and rewarding. Being very open and honest with their clients is the only way they operate, as they believe it is the best way their clients can make confident, informed decisions. Read their testimonials, and you’ll see that Erin and Matt are constantly spoken of as great listeners and doers who get the deal done.
“My clients come first, and I will work with them to the best of my ability to create a happy and long-term professional relationship”, our team believes strongly in giving back and therefore donate 5% of every closed deal to various relief funds. “If you aren’t giving back, then what are we doing it all for?”

Growing up in Connecticut with older twin brothers and a younger sister, Kyle quickly learned the art of negotiation, developed a patient listening ear, and learned the importance of persistence. These skills have made him successful in today’s New York City real estate market, because after all, a meeting of the minds was a pre-breakfast norm.
Kyle launched his real estate profession in 2008 while living in Brooklyn and noticed the neighborhood transforming around him. His understanding and dedication to his clients’ needs quickly turned him into a top producer at his former company, winning him top agent awards for three consecutive years, and a write up in The Real Deal for the record-breaking price per square foot sale of 271 Metropolitan Avenue, Brooklyn.
Kyle joined the Alliance Team at Keller Williams NYC in 2015 and now leads their Brooklyn division. By leveraging the team approach to real estate they are able to properly cater to all of their clients needs at once whether they be renters, sellers, buyers, investors or developers.
Kyle is a graduate of the prestigious American Academy of Dramatic Arts and has acted alongside such actors as Christian Bale, Billy Zane, Mischa Barton and Tom Hardy. He is also a film producer with work screening at SXSW and is currently producing a feature length documentary about the Vietnam War. Kyle lives in Williamsburg Brooklyn and enjoys hiking, backpacking trips, live music and random challenges of rock/paper/scissors.
